货物退换

• 客户接收产品后如需退换，得在三天内通知本站， 并限货物在十天内寄回本公司。
• 本站绝不接收破损，洗过或使用过之物品
• 任何优惠产品都不接受退换
• 运输费用一切由客户负责
• 如果货物在运送期间不幸遗失，恕本公司一概不负责。
• 如需更换之物品出现缺货，我們會將通知您，并将缺貨商品的錢留在 credit zone供下次購物使用。(恕不以现金退换)

Order

Goods would only be delivered after payment has been received.

If payment is not received within three (3) days after order had been placed,

the order would be deemed cancelled automatically.

Changes to order

Changes to the order if to increase or reduce the number of items to be purchased,

could only be made if payment has not been received.

No changes would be entertained once payment is made.

Exchange

•  We only accept items for exchange that is made within 3 days from the date of receiving your items and  which is subject to confirmation with us either by email or sms and  send back the product to us within 10 days.
• We only accept items exchange that is in their original condition.
• Any items returned dirty, washed, or used will NOT be eligible for refund.
• In the event that the goods you ordered is out of stock prior to delivery, payment received will be credited into customers' credit zone to be utilized for next purchase.(cash not refundable)
• Discounted / special priced items are final sales and will not be eligible for Exchanges
• Shipping cost is not refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customers.
• We will NOT take responsibility for loss or damage to items sent back to us, so, please ensure that your item is properly packaged and insured, if necessary.
